    In 1998, after completing an additional ten years of specialized, post-undergraduate training, Dr. Dyer began practicing Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery in Phoenix.  In 2001, he formed ENTEGRITY Ear, Nose & Throat Specialists with the goal of delivering cutting-edge ENT healthcare, but with an “old-fashioned” twist. While other physicians were squeezing more patients into their daily schedules, Dr. Dyer realized the most fulfilling aspect of his career as a physician was spending more time with patients and getting to know each one more intimately.

    Having been an ENT patient himself, Dr. Dyer considers it a privilege to help others with Head and Neck illnesses. He is also committed to teaching and mentoring the next generation of medical and physician assistant students.

    Dr. Dyer has always had a heart for international medical missions- founding the International Health Club while in medical school at Wake Forest University. He currently serves on the advisory board at Project C.U.R.E. - the world’s leading distributor of donated medical supplies and equipment. Dr. Dyer organizes and leads Head and Neck surgical teams on medical missions to third world countries each year.

    Dr. Dyer was elected AOA (top 10th percentile of medical school class), and is honored to have been awarded Phoenix Magazine’s “Top ENT Doctor” by his peers in 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013.

    In his leisure time, he enjoys running and weight lifting, piano, photography and travel. But especially spending time with his wife, Jennifer, and his two inspiring daughters- Kennedy and Landry.
